Terms and Conditions
1. Registration
Once the registration has been received, the participant will be sent a confirmation and invoice. By registering, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read the terms and conditions for the Baltic Brand Conference 2015.
2. Payment
After the receipt of the confirmation and invoice, the fee of € 199.00 plus applicable value-added tax is payable by each participant. Complete and timely payment is required for admission to the event. The fee includes participation in the conference, lunch and coffee breaks.
3. Participation
The participant will receive all of the necessary organizational information for the event before the conference date. In case of non-attendance, participants are not entitled to a refund of their fees. The event organizer reserves the right to change the program at any time if required. The registered participant may be represented by a substitute at any time.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations are only possible in writing. If the organizer receives a cancellation by April 2, 2015, 100% of the admission fee will be refunded.
If the organizer receives a cancellation by April 9, 2015, 50% of the admission fee will be refunded.
The full fee is payable in the event of a later cancellation.
